SCP-009 is frozen distilled water with a bright red hue, the anomalous properties of SCP-009 is that it will completely infect anything that comes into contact with it, and covering the thing that had touched it with the same material SCP-009 is made out of. Once something has touched SCP-009, the process of being infected can take either a while or a few minutes, varying on temperature and what the object is made, any organism that has either came into contact with SCP-009 or is undergoing the infection of SCP-009 is to be terminated immediatly. SCP-009 remains at a frozen stage when temperatures reach above -100°C - 0°C, if temperatures reach too low, it transforms into a gas, resembling steam.
